Willene Self's Obituary
Willene Self, a resident of Okmulgee passed away at her home on December 8, 2018. She was born to Garland and Florence (Kilgore) McKee on March 24, 1929 in Prairie Grove, Arkansas. Willene married the love of her life Voyd Self and spent 61 years together. She enjoyed gardening and loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Morris where she taught Sunday School.
Those left to cherish the memories of Willene are her children Marquetta and husband John Feltner of Kingdom City, MO, sons Adrian and wife Tresa Self of Stillwater, Oklahoma, and Kelvin Self and fiancé Gaylene Crawford, sister Maralea and husband Don Eames of Jenks, Oklahoma, brother Coy and wife Della McKee of Prairie Grove, Arkansas, brother-in-law Vester Self of Memphis, Tennessee, grandchildren Eric, Aaron, Jeremy, Kristy, Dustin, Melissa, and Ryan, and great-grandchildren Kylie, Grayson, and Andrew. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister Helen Littleton, and brother Jerry McKee. Arrangements have been entrusted to the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home of Okmulgee.
