Vincent Hans Wiemer's Obituary
Vincent Hans Wiemer, age 52, passed away on August 19, 2017. He was born July 14, 1965 in Chicago, Illinois to Susan Fischer Wiemer and Roderich Wilfrid Wiemer, Sr. Vince is survived by his parents, two wonderful sons, Matthew and Bradley, and two loving siblings, Rod and Julie.
Vince graduated Valedictorian from Okmulgee High School in 1983. He went on to the University of Tulsa where he was a member of Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Vince was a Certified Public Accountant and the founder of Alexicon, Inc., an independent telecommunications consulting firm.
Vince enjoyed sports and was an avid golfer and Kansa City Chiefs and Green Bay Packers fan. He also enjoyed reading, travelling and spending time with friends. Vince had a very kind heart and quick wit, and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
A funeral service will be held on Friday September 1, 2017 at 10am at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. A wake will be held for family and friends Thursday evening August 31st at 7pm at St. Anthony’s.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home in Okmulgee. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, P.O. Box 698, Okmulgee, Oklahoma 74447.
