Ruth Ann Stanger's Obituary
Ruth Ann Stanger, longtime Okmulgee resident, passed away Thursday evening, February 6, 2025, at ninety-seven years of age. She was born November 19, 1927, in Dustin, Oklahoma to the late Oscar and Edith (Wallace) Wells. Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, William Stanger, grandson, Sean Stanger, 6 brothers, and 3 sisters. Survivors include sons, Doug Stanger and Bill Stanger, 3 granddaughters, 1 great granddaughter, and 1 great grandson.
Viewing will be Thursday, February 13, 2025, from 10:00 A.M. - 12:30 P.M. followed by a service at 2:00 P.M. at the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home Chapel.
