Things will not be the same without Miss Penny. I remember the first time I met her. I was at the College of the Muscogee Nation to see my sister and this little lady was pulling a bag on wheels. She comes over to my car and asks if she can have a ride home.
Since that day, I have gotten to know her as sweet, caring, and busy individual.

Your work is finally done, you were always working on projects eager to learn and we enjoyed you coming in to the Cultural Pres Reference library ( our number one customer) throughout the years, there will never be another Penny. You always made it to almost every function on the MCN complex and even to some ITCs. We need more elders like you working and thinking and taking part here at Muscogee Nation and asking the questions that make us want to serve our citizens better and more. I will always remember giving you a lift every now and then, well I know now God has given you the last life you'll ever need into Heaven👍... Peace and we'll see you later!
Ruth would always come to me if she had questions about computers @ CMN. It didn't take long to see how easy it was for her to make friends. So I would stop her to catch up and see how she was doing with classes and other things. I noticed something was different recently but admired how she never let it keep her down. I'm sad to learn about her passing but will keep the example of staying positive throughout life and to be friendly and respectful as often as possible. You never know what people are going through. Small gestures of kindness can go a long way. Peaceful journey, Ruth.
Penny was a very nice, caring lady. She liked to get involved in any activity that included children. She had a passion for children. She was always friendly and had a pleasing personality. She will be missed. Rest in Peace, Miss Penny!
