Ruth “Penny” Betsillie, 79, of Okmulgee, died Friday, April 28, 2017 at Highland Park Manor. She was born April 13, 1938 in Okmulgee to the late Mack and Delilah (Checotah) Betsillie. She worked for many years as a caregiver. Services will be held 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at McClendon Winters Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at a later date in the Newtown Cemetery,
Friends may visit the funeral home 12:00 P.M.-5:00 P.M. on Tuesday,
