Rosemary Presser's Obituary
Mary Rose “Rosemary” Presser was born March 4, 1927 to the late Dr. John and Mary Crews in Adamson, Oklahoma. She passed away Friday evening, February 26, 2021 in Henryetta at 93 years of age. Rosemary graduated from high school and attended business college. She married Edward Presser on February 14, 1946 in Okmulgee. Rosemary was very active in the OSU Extension group for about 40 years. She also volunteered her time at the Okmulgee County Election Board and C.A.S.A. Rosemary attended the Church of Christ, where she was very active with church work. She will be remembered for being a loving and caring person with a big personality and heart. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband of 52 years, Eddie, two sisters, Ruth Kaiser and Betty Cubstead. Survivors include her daughter, Beverly Pittman, two sons, David and Steve, two grandchildren, Kimberly and Tommy, two great grandchildren, Kaylee and Khloe and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held 10:00 A.M. Friday, March 5, 2021 at the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Ben Hamilton officiating. A private family interment will be held at the Okmulgee Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, Rosemary had requested that contributions be made to Hope Harbor, 15025 E. 380 Road, Claremore, Oklahoma 74017 or In Search of the Lord’s Way.
