A Highly Selected and Limited group of individuals served under The Auspices of The Nation Security Administration(NSA) while attached to The Naval Security Group Activity (NSGA) in The United States Navy.
The selection process was as Rigorous as being Accepted to attend any Ivy League College , such as Harvard , Princeton, or Yale. While being greatly more chosey as to who was Accepted into the NSGA Family of Special Individuals.
Rick, made the Cut and was Chosen to be in the NSGA Family. He was a Foreign Language Specialist. He held the Highest Top Secret CAT III Clearance that existed in the government.
