Richard Scott Hill Jr.'s Obituary
Richard Scott Hill, Jr. passed away on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. Scott was 28 years old. He was born to Melissa (Daniels) Franks in Brunswick, Georgia on October 12, 1990. Scott loved being around his family and talking on the phone to his mother. They had a great bond. He was full of laughter and love and had such a great sense of humor and a huge heart. Scott enjoyed playing video games, fishing, reading, and helping others. It always put a smile on his face.
Scott is preceded in death by his grandmother Patricia Daniels and cousin Jamie Daniels. Those left to cherish the memories of Scott is his mother Melissa Franks and step dad Jim, sisters Ashley Hill and Memphis Folley and husband Talbert, brother Eric Franks, niece Taryn McAnally and nephew Hunter McAnally, grandparents Steve and Betty Franks and David Daniels and step grandmother Anne and friends from Cross Place group home.
