Rebecca May (Moser) Turner's Obituary
Rebecca May (Moser) Turner passed away Sunday evening, December 2, 2012 in Preston at the age of 73. Becky was born June 18, 1939 in Sapulpa to Oscar Raymond and Virginia Hope (Roberts) Moser. She graduated from Beggs High School and was employed at Ball Brothers for 22 years. Becky enjoyed fishing and was a member of Preston Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Cecil “Butch” Moser and her husband, Jerry Turner. Survivors include two daughters, Teresa Savage of Preston and Sherry Howk and husband Mickey of Henryetta, two brothers, Danny Moser of Jones Creek, Texas and Mike Moser of Brazoria, Texas, grandchildren, Steve and Shawna Basquez of Okmulgee, Joey and Stephanie Basquez of Beggs, Nicholas and Kiley Howk of Tahlequah, Megan and Matt Wasson of Morris, Christopher Howk of Henryetta, Jerritt Basquez of Preston, Mackenzie Howk of Henryetta and Turner Howk of Henryetta, great grandchildren, Ashlee, Kinlee, Bianca, Jace, Jax, Reese and Ridge and numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service for Becky will be held 10:00 A.M. Thursday, December 6, 2012 at the Preston Baptist Church with Reverend Jarrod Kendall officiating assisted by Reverend Wade Harrelson. Interment will follow in the Okmulgee Cemetery. Casketbearers will be Steve Basquez, Joey Basquez, Nicholas Howk, Christopher Howk, Jerritt Basquez, Matt Wasson and Turner Howk.
