Phyllis Kaye Daniels' Obituary
Phyllis Kaye Daniels, a resident of Tulsa, died Monday, May 13, 2013 at Hillcrest Medical Center. She was 52 years of age. Phyllis was born October 3, 1960 in Carnegie, Oklahoma. She was a CNA and loved playing softball when she was young. She was preceded in death by her grandpa, Ryder Larney, uncles, Bill Lee, Larry Joe Larney, Matthew Reed, aunt, Vicky Reed and a cousin, Jennifer Kishketon. Survivors include her parents, Ernest and Hattie (Larney) Daniels of Tulsa, a daughter, Angela M. Bagby of Stratford, a son, Donald J. Miller, Jr. of the home, a brother, Ronald D. Daniels of Tulsa and her companion, Donald J. Miller, Sr. of Tulsa. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends. A wake service will be held 6:30 P.M. Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home Chapel. A funeral service will be held 2:00 P.M. Thursday, May 16, 2013 at the Big Cussetah United Methodist Church with Reverend Carol Txipama officiating. Interment will follow in the Big Cussetah Cemetery.
