Patsy Ruth Oman's Obituary
Patsy Ruth Oman was born on August 26, 1924 in Vinita, Oklahoma to the late Virgil Lee and Emma Bell (Buchanan) Craft. She passed away on Monday, March 21, 2016 in Broken Arrow. Patsy was a former secretary at Putnam City High School and was a member of Riverview Baptist Church of Bixby. She married the late Reverend Walter Oman in Pullman Washington on July 10, 1988. She enjoyed reading and traveling.
Patsy was preceded in death by her parents and husband. Survivors include daughters Linda Massey of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Jean Stair of Oklahoma City, son Allen Locke and wife Linda of Bixby, sister Carol Neal of Tulsa, and niece Becky Burgess of Tulsa.
A funeral service for Patsy will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at First Baptist Church of Bixby with Reverend Andy Jobe officiating. Interment will follow at 2:30 p.m. at Memorial Park Cemetery of Oklahoma City. Arrangements have been entrusted to McClendon-Winters Funeral Home of Beggs.
