Ora Ellen Horn's Obituary
Ora Ellen Horn died in Tulsa November 4, 2013 at 89 years of age. Ellen was born July 14, 1924 in Coweta to Vernie and Flossie (Taylor) Potter. On March 14, 1943 in Okmulgee she married Eugene Collier Horn who preceded her in death on August 16, 2002. She was a long time member of the Okmulgee Church of Christ. She was completely devoted to her family and loved her grandkids.
Ellen was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one daughter Jeanette Lindholm, one grandchild and two sisters: Maudie Blake and Mary Yarbrough. She is survived by three children: son Clifford Horn and wife Susan of Morris, son Jeff Horn and wife Pat of Checotah, daughter Vickie Huddleston and husband Clifford of Okmulgee, eight grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren and a sister Verna Cramer and husband Gene of Okmulgee.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 8, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at the Okmulgee Cemetery with Pastor Chris Elmer officiating. Friends may see Ellen at the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home in Okmulgee on Thursday from 12:00 – 8:00 P.M.
