Mary Ann Endres' Obituary
Mary Ann Endres of Twin Hills and longtime Okmulgee County resident, passed away on Tuesday, September 6, 2022, in Tulsa. She was seventy-four years of age and a member of the Comanche Nation Indian Tribe and descendant of Chief Quanah Parker. Mary was born March 15, 1948, in Charleston, West Virginia to Guy Buckley and Teresa Parker. She married John Edward “Johnny” Endres in 1969. She worked for many years as a mail carrier and cook at Twin Hills School. Mary enjoyed being the administrator of her Facebook group “Moonlight & Wolves” (20,000 plus members), playing computer games and being with her grandkids. She also loved being with her dog “Izzy”. Mary was a member of Saint Anthony of Padua Catholic Church. Preceding her in death were her grandparents Thomas and Helen Parker of Apache, parents, and husband. Survivors include her son, Bobby Ellis, daughters, Debrah McKay and husband Richard and Brenda and husband Mitchell Webb, grandchildren, Drew Endres and wife Sara, Kane McKay, Nikki Shields, and Heather Carder, two great grandchildren, sisters, Ginger Stephens and husband Mike and Nancy Boles, brother Richard Boles and wife Cindy, four nieces and two nephews.
Friends may visit the funeral home on Thursday, September 15, 2022, from 10:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 A.M. Friday, September 16, 2022, at Saint Anthony of Padua Catholic Church with Father Kenneth Harder officiating. Interment will follow in the Liberty Cemetery.
