Ken made me laugh all the time. I met him while working at the bank. I got to be fortunate enough to become friends with him and visit him at his house here and there. He was super funny and ornery. Also, he was very intelligent. If he liked you , you knew it, if he didn't, you knew it... Heaven just got a whole lot more livelier!!!

I met Ken about 20 years ago at the Okmulgee country club. I enjoyed his company and his many stories. He was a great customer of ours in several restaurants we operated. We always enjoyed his visits and his frank opinions on current events! He was always very friendly and generous to our staff, usually leaving extra money for employees to have an after work cocktail. He was a veteran and a proud American. We will miss him! Our condolences to his family. I am proud to say Ken was our friend! Ron and Marie L'heureux.
Ken was such a great person and a great & trusted friend. I will really miss our talks during lunch and laughs about everyday issues. And how he got me started on eating oatmeal cookies and ice cream during lunch.He would always tell me to eat plenty of ice cream to keep me young. My kids really loved seeing him on the weekends at the restaurant and liked stopping by his table to say hi and give him a hug. He really enjoyed seeing them and hearing about their days. He was always a very giving person and liked to see people in his life happy. He was always there for my family and made sure to keep my husband in line when I couldn't make it to lunch lol. He was an amazing person and a great friend and he will be highly missed by us all. Prayers to all the family. We love you Ken!
We lost a great customer at our barber shop. If there was a service man or a well mannered little boy in our shop while Ken was there, he would usually pay for their haircut. If I went to a restaurant he happened to be at, he'd always be trying to pay for my meal. Ken was a little rough around the edges, but he believed in hard work and we were proud to have him as a good customer through the years.
