Kellie Anne Gunn's Obituary
Kellie Anne Gunn, long time Okmulgee resident passed away Monday, January 9, 2017 at the age of 49. Kellie was born May 4, 1967 in Okmulgee to Matthew and Caroline (O'Neal) Tiger. She graduated from Bacone College with an associate's degree. Kellie was baptized at the Southside Baptist church in Okmulgee. Kellie loved spending time with her granddaughter Maya and playing with her dog Chief. She enjoyed listening to music and playing volleyball. Kellie was very social on social media especially facebook.
Preceding Kellie in death are her grandparents Coody and Lela Tiger, Patrick and Carrie O'Neal, and uncle Kenneth "Jag" Tiger. Left to cherish all the great memories of Kellie are her parents, husband Justin Gunn, Sr. daughter Brenay Tiger of Okmulgee, Renae Tiger of Okmulgee, sons Damon Gunn of Okmulgee, Justin Edward Gunn, Jr. of Tulsa, and Darius Tiger of Okmulgee, grandchildren Maya Rose Tiger and Justice Janae Gunn, sister Zoelynn Olea of Okmulgee, brother Terry Tiger of Okmulgee and a multitude of nieces and nephews.
A funeral service for Kellie will be held 1:30 on Tuesday, January 17, 2017 at the Yardeka Indian Baptist Church with Reverend Matt Tiger officiating. Interment will follow at the Yardeka Cemetery. Friends may visit the funeral home on Monday, January 16 from 10:00 A.M. until 4:00 P.M. A wake service will be held at Yardeka Indian Baptist Church at 7:00 P.M. Monday, January 16, 2017. Pallbearers will be Chris Tiger, Darryl Tiger, Greg Berryhill, Jesse Brown, Michael Berryhill, Robert Brown, Tyler Crenshaw, and Victor Ramirez. Honorary pallbearers will be Chebon Tiger, Levon Factor, and Nick Tiger. Arrangements have been entrusted to the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home of Okmulgee.
