Judy Ann Teague's Obituary
Judy Ann (Morrow) Teague age 69, a long time resident of Nuyaka, OK passed away on Sunday, June 2, 2019 in Tulsa surrounded by her family. Judy was born on April 13, 1950 in Okmulgee. Judy grew up with four siblings Doug Morrow, Rose Morrow, Andy Chandler, and the late Darrell Morrow. She was raised by a hard working and loving father the late Odis "Odie" Morrow and mother Rosie (Morrow) Chandler.
Judy married the love of her life Billy R. Teague. The couple settled in Okmulgee, where they brought their families together and raised their children; Bryan, Lisa, and Delta. They later relocated in Nuyaka and Judy enjoyed the peacefulness of country living. Judy was a devoted and loving mother. She was very proud of her family and was excited to become a "Nanie" to her six grandchildren. Judy's greatest achievement was her family. She loved holidays, family get-togethers, and any chance to spend time with her family. Judy worked as a Dietary Manager for Hillcrest Hospital in Henryetta for many years until she retired. She was a dedicated and hard worker.
She will be missed for her feisty, yet good sense of humor, her loving tone and how she always put others needs before her own. She lit up a room with her constant smile and ended every conversation with a hug. Judy made sure anyone and everyone knew how much she loved them. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Judy was the beloved wife of Billy R. Teague, devoted mother to Bryan Teague and wife Sara, Lisa Neville and husband Sam, and Delta Smith all of Okmulgee, loving Nanie to Danyelle Smith, Dana Blocker and husband Michael, Disney and Daily Marris, Courtney and Monty Teague, seven great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
A Graveside service for Judy will be held 1:00P P.M., Thursday June 6, 2019 at the Wilson Salt-Creek Cemetery with Pastor Dale Litsey officiating.
