Jo Ann Cook's Obituary
Jo Ann Horn Cook, 54 years old, passed away on December 10, 2013. She was born November 25, 1959 in Okmulgee, Oklahoma to Bob R. Horn and Sue Carol Marolf.
Jo Ann was preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Sue Horn, a brother, Christopher Ray Horn, paternal grandparents: Grace and Orel J. Horn and maternal grandparents: Charles (Hap) Allen and Lillora Allen. She is survived by two sons: Patrick Ray Cook and Joseph Cook, three grandchildren, her parents and one sister, Laura DuVal.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at 3:00 P.M. at the Okmulgee Cemetery with Reverend Paul Ramsey officiating.
