Jerry Gene Campbell's Obituary
Jerry Gene Campbell 73, longtime resident of Okmulgee, died in Okmulgee on Monday, September 7, 2009. Jerry was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma to E.K. and Zetta (Baker) Campbell on January 16, 1936. He was married to Doris Bowling and they had their Golden Wedding Anniversary this past June. Jerry worked as a machinist and was a 32nd degree Mason. His parents preceded him in death.
Survivors include his wife Doris of the home, two sons Chuck Campbell and Mark Campbell both of Okmulgee and one grand daughter Amanda.
Funeral services will be on Thursday, September 10, 2009 at 10 am at the McClendon-Winters Chapel. Rev. David Hamilton will officiate.Burial will be in the Morris Cemetery. Visitation will be on Wednesday, 1 till 8 pm. Pallbearers will be Richard Myers, Clay Campbell, Zach Sullins, Curtis Sharp, Bobby Marris and Bart Harvey.
