Jean Rose's Obituary
Jean Rose died in Tulsa on November 14, 2010. She was 86 years old. Jean was born in Houston, Missouri to Edward and Essie (Stanislaw) Coats. In September of 1941, in Woodward, Oklahoma, she married Alvin F. Rose. Alvin preceded Jean in death on October 7, 2008. Two brothers and two sisters also preceded her in death.
Jean is survived by two sons and their families; Terry Rose and wife Tommie of Gadsden, Alabama, their daughters; Rebecca Thompson, Ashley Bennifield and husband Troy, Melinda Karn and husband Roy, Beverly Floyd and Laura Floyd, and son Danny Rose and wife Carrie of Beggs, their daughter Christi Campbell and her two daughters; Justice Campbell and Jordan Campbell.
Services will be held at the Billings Funeral Home Chapel in Woodward, Oklahoma on Friday, November 19, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. with interment following at the Elmwood Cemetery. Friends may see Jean at the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home in Beggs, Oklahoma on Wednesday, November 17, 2010 from 1:00 – 8:00 P.M. Arrangements are under the direction of the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home in Beggs.
