Ida Bell Allen's Obituary
Ida Bell (Jaggars) Allen, 85 passed away January 28, 2017 surrounded by her family. Ida was born June 6, 1931 to the late James Thomas Jaggars and Lillie Bell (Griffith) Jaggars in Paden, Oklahoma.
Ida was a member of the Crosstown Pentecostal Church. She worked for the Okmulgee Public Schools for 23 years as the cafeteria cook.
Preceding Ida in death are her parents, husband Harold Eugene Allen, son Harold Dean Allen, and siblings Clibert, Gene, Burrell, Beatrice, Russell, Ethel, Virgil, Twin Sister, Nita, and Hurshell Dee. Left to cherish the memories of Ida is her daughter Judy Kay Hankins of Okmulgee, best friend and sister Alice Morrow of Okmulgee, grandson Shawn Gaines and wife Cortney of Arkansas, granddaughter Tina Qualls and Shannon Slape of Okmulgee, granddaughter Krystal Martin and husband John of Okmulgee, great grandchildren Bailey Gaines, MaKayla Penn, Kaylee Griffin, Dakota Gaines, Miranda Looney, Adrian Burgess, Blake Wilson, Jr. and baby Slape.
A private graveside service was held on January 31, 2017 at the Okmulgee Cemetery. No other services are planned. Arrangements have been entrusted to the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home of Okmulgee.
