Elizabeth Miller's Obituary
Elizabeth Miller was born September 16, 1931 in Nuyaka, Oklahoma to the union of John and Lula Carruthers. Her mother passed when she was 4yrs old. Elizabeth was raised by her grandmother Elizabeth LaViolet.
She attended school at Shady Grove in Nuyaka and Beggs Wheatley. Elizabeth professed a hope in Christ at an early age attending Shady Grove Baptist Church, then later became a member at Spring Bluff Baptist Church in Beggs, Oklahoma where she remained a faithful and devoted member until her health would no longer permit her to travel to Church. She worked at Beggs Nursing Center for 26 years. She was kind and compassionate and willing to help whom ever, when ever and where ever she could.
Elizabeth and Telon Miller became one in August 1953 and were Blessed with four children.
Elizabeth was preceded in death by her husband Telon Miller Sr. of fifty nine years and son Telon Miller Jr, her parents, one great-grand child, seven brothers and seven sisters.
Her legacy of love and devotion will forever linger in the hearts of her loved ones: one son, Ronnie Miller(Lisa) of Tulsa, Ok: two daughters, Mary Miller of Beggs, OK and Charlotte “Dian” Aveary of Tulsa, OK, one daughter-n-law Edwina Miller of Tulsa, OK one sister-n-law, Bernadine Antwine of Tulsa, OK, niece Louise Goudeau who was very precious to her, thirteen grandchildren and fourteen great-grand children and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
