DeLois "Dee" Bonny Simmons' Obituary
DeLois “Dee” Bonny Simmons died at home on Tuesday, June 18, 2013 at 74 years of age. Dee was born September 1, 1938 in Oklahoma City to Malcolm and Gladys (Snow) Patterson. In 1978, in Las Vegas, Nevada, she married Richard Wayne Simmons.
Dee was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers: Johnny Patterson and Don Patterson, and a son Mark Blasingame. She is survived by her husband Richard Simmons, two daughters: Peggy Harle and Denise Seratte, two step-sons: Stephen Simmons and Gregory Simmons, nine grandchildren, six great grandchildren, one sister Geraldine Evans and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
A funeral service will be held at the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, June 22, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. with Reverend Johnny Bilby officiating. Interment will follow at the Okmulgee Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Friday from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M.
