Darrel Lee Pyeatt's Obituary
Darrel Lee Pyeatt, 75, stepped into eternity on August 10, 2017, in Seminole, Oklahoma. The son of J.D. and Jewel Pyeatt, he was born on a ranch in Leedey, Oklahoma. He spent his early years competing in team roping in local rodeos. He was preceded in life by his beloved wife of 46 years, Sheila Pyeatt. He is survived by his sons, Dustin and his wife Karee and Donald and his wife Deanne.
A graduate of Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology in Okmulgee, Darrel spent his career as an electrical engineer and contractor.
Darrel was a devoted husband and father, a cowboy and a bed rock of wisdom and kindness to all who knew him.
A graveside service for Darrel will be held 11:00 A.M. Monday, August 14, 2017 at the Okmulgee Cemetery with Father Joshua Litwack officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home of Okmulgee.
