Cleo Altus Miller's Obituary
Cleo Altus Miller, 87, of Glenpool, OK passed away on Friday, March 20, 2026 at Ascension St. John in Tulsa, OK. Born in Okmulgee, Cleo was the son of Claud Miller and Duff (Beasley) Miller, both of whom preceded him in death. Brothers Kenneth Ray and Glendell Lee and sister, Alice Marie Sullins, also preceded him in death.
Cleo had a successful retail sales career with Brown Shoe Fit for 34 years. He was an avid OU sports fan, particularly OU softball.
He is survived by his wife, Beverly Ann (Crawford) Miller of 67 years; son Randy Miller and wife Gina; granddaughter Erin Miller Thiessen and husband Hunter; granddaughter Andrea Brook Jones and husband Cameron; great-grandsons Bryson, Daxton & Elliot Jones and a 4th great-grandson Thiessen to be born in July. He is also survived by nieces, Michele Miller Berryman and family; Allison Sullins Hazlip and family; and Angela Sullins Berryhill and family.
A viewing for Cleo will be held on Monday, March 23, 2026, from 5:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M., in the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home Chapel in Okmulgee. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at 10:30 A.M., in the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home Chapel in Okmulgee with Officiants Rick Beasley and Don Beasley officiating. In lieu of flowers family is suggesting donations be made to the American Cancer Association at www.cancer.org
