Ava Monroe Cook's Obituary
Ava Monroe Cook, infant daughter of Patrick Ray Cook and Taryn Rachelle Allshouse died in Tulsa on Sunday, November 27, 2011. She is survived by her parents, three sisters: Mackenzzie Cook, Carlie Perryman, and Juliana Cook, one brother Connor Allshouse and a host of loving family and friends.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, November 30, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. at the Okmulgee Cemetery. Friends may view Ava at the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home in Okmulgee on Wednesday from 10:00 A.M. – 12:00 noon.
