Akasmse Rose Tecumseh's Obituary
Akasmse “Faith” Rose Tecumseh died in Tulsa on August 14, 2010. She was born on August 1, 2006 in Tulsa to Jabaica Lee Tecumseh, Sr. and Narcissa Emma Hoof.
She was preceded in death by her paternal great grandparents; Wisey Scott Tecumseh, Isreal Tecumseh, Frances Birdcreek Roberts and Frisco Roberts, great Uncle Nero Tecumseh, maternal great grandparents; Phoebe White Buffalo, John White Buffalo, and Bunny White Horse White.
Akasmse is survived by her parents, Jabaica Tecumseh, Sr. and Emma Hoof, sister Aliz’e Inez Tecumseh, brother Jabaica Tecumseh, Jr., sister Isabell Vnokeckv Tecumseh, paternal grandparents; Isabell Tecumseh and Mandrell Roberts, maternal grandparents; Myra White Buffalo, and Kevin White, great grandpa Samuel Tonkei White, and a host of other family and friends.
A wake service will be held on Wednesday, August 18, 2010 at 7:00 P.M. at the Concharty United Methodist Church. Funeral services will be on Thursday at 2:00 P.M. with Reverend July Tecumseh officiating. Interment will follow at the Tecumseh Family Cemetery. Casket bearers will be Willis Yackeschi, Christian Ungalde, Joseph Dominguez and Tecumseh Sanders. Honorary casket bearers are Quinton Tecumseh Dominguez and Louis Lee Barnett. Family and friends may see Akasmse at the family home on Wednesday from 11-4.
