Dearest LeGrand Family,
Please know my heart and prayers are with you all during this shocking and saddened time. "Little Billy" was my lifelong friend and family to me and my family all these years. We shared so many wonderful memories not only in school as classmates of 1988 but especially our summers at the lake with our Dad's when working at the "The Old Boathouse" Lake Okmulgee. Our Dad's (Doug and Big Bill) were besties and so that of course made me and "Little Billy" besties too. We had such a fun strong bond that took us the long haul throughout life. Billy was so kindhearted and giving to anyone and everyone. He was funny, smart and loved his family and friends deeply. We are all so lucky to have known him and I will forever hold a special place in my heart for my sweet friend. God bless you Little Billy...wait for me at Dripping Springs we will go fishing someday again. xox

I can’t believe how fast the years have gone by Bill Bill (Bubba) and Misty were my other two kids Amy said to me yesterday we were the luckiest kids ever as we all had the best childhood a kid could have . The joy all of you kids brought to all of us could never be measured.Bill Bill was always building something new on the erector set to save the planet or to make something run faster and with his creativity it usually worked ❗Then off to riding bikes jumping off buildings sneaking into Hollemans after being told don’t go down there you all will get hurt but We didn’t go far there was a good part laying there I we needed Then off to Nannie’s never to tired to eat her pancakes❗Then the years went by as I watched him continue to grow up and become a awesome guy who loved life and would help anyone in need God needed a special Angel and he sure got one in Bubba 💕🙏💕 Always and forever in my heart😇

He was always teasing me. Especially when we got in high school and found out who I was. He was always a fun guy to hang out with. Wish I could have been close with the whole family. Rip cousin. Love you.

He was, and will always be, Billy to me. Never saw him without a smile. One of the he most wonderfully gracious people I have ever had the privilege of calling my friend. I will miss he funny comments on my Facebook posts. Our next class reunion will not be the same. Rest easy my friend. Class of 88.
