Susan Anne Roberts, 67 passed away in Tulsa on Sunday, January 21, 2018. Susan was born to Theodore and Mary (Long) Staton on July 10, 1950 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Susan was an avid reader and she enjoyed watching old time black and white movies. She spent a lot of time with her friends Bea, Pat, and Pam. Bruno her dog had a special place in Susan's heart. Susan was known for organizing class reunions and if anyone ever needed information Susan was the one to call. Family meant everything to Susan. She loved spending time with them. Preceding Susan in death are her parents and husband Ben Roberts. Left to cherish all of the wonderful memories of Susan are her daughters Katherine Bevenue and husband Chris, Victoria Friend and husband John, grandchildren Sidney Wefer and wife Violet, Seth Wefer and fiancé Penny, Aliyah, Zachariah, Isadora, and Theodore Friend, great grandchildren Kaydence and Chloe, sisters Mary Ruth Graves and husband JB, and Jerry Lynn Kirby and husband Shane. A memorial service for Susan will be on 10:00 a.m. Saturday, January 27, 2018 at the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Jim Frederick officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home of Okmulgee.
