Nancy Kay Munds

January 24, 1943 - February 26, 2021

Nancy Kay (Davis) Munds entered into the glory of our Lord on February 26, 2021 at the age of 78. Nancy was born on January 24,1943 in Okmulgee,Oklahoma. She worked for M&D Star Drug Store, Morris School Cafeteria, and retired after 28 years of service at OSUIT as the Cafeteria Supervisor. Her hobbies included tending her beautiful flowers and going to garage sales with her daughter. Nancy attended the Assembly of God Church in Okmulgee. She loved attending Bible study with her Bible Study Group. Nancy was preceded in death by her parents James W. Davis and Maxine F. Davis. Survivors include her husband Chet Munds, son Tony Munds and wife Cheryl, daughter Tammy Howell and fiance' Robert King. Nancy was blessed with 6 Grandchildren and 9 Great-Grandchildren. They were the joy of her life. Tina Thompson, Amanda Matthews, Tara Barnes, Adam Munds, Rebekah Neri, and Nathan Howell. Patrick Jr. (18), GiAnah (12), Zander (12), Bentley (8), Zoe' (8), Leonardo (7), Zynleigh (4), Harley (4), and Eduardo Jr. (1). Nancy has two sisters Connie Vancil and Claudette Boone and her brother-in-law Billy Boone, her sister-in-law and brother-in-law Sondra and Gene Denney and her brother-in-law Kenny Munds. She has many nieces,nephews and cousins. Arrangements have been entrusted to the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home of Okmulgee. Friends may visit the funeral home Tuesday, March 2, 2021 from 12:00 P.M.-5:00 P.M. A funeral service will be held 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home of Okmulgee with Reverend Jerry Lout officiating. Interment will follow in the Morse Cemetery. Casket bearers will be Nathan Howell, Patrick Barnes, Junior Barnes, Earl Matthews, Adam Munds and Eduardo Neri. Arrangements have been entrusted to the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home of Okmulgee.
