Mildred "Millie" Catherine Zimmerebner

October 11, 1948 - October 11, 2019

Mildred “Millie” Zimmerebner, of Beggs, went to be with the Lord Friday, October 11, 2019. Millie was born on October 11, 1948 in Okmulgee, Oklahoma, to John Harris and Clois “Sue” (Long) Cole. Millie grew up in Okmulgee and spent most of her time there. She briefly moved to Louisiana, then later moved back to Oklahoma in 1990, to the Beggs area to be near her mother. She worked with her mother, taking care of repairs on rental property. Millie was quite the DIY project lady, there was not much she could not fix. Millie enjoyed having bible study with her family and friends. In the late 90’s she met Ben whom she married in 1999. She and her late husband, Ben, enjoyed traveling. Her favorite thing over all was spending time with her son and her grandchildren, they said she had the best smile and laugh. Survivors include her son, Joe Crosley Jr, of Mustang, OK; a brother Harold Harris of Okmulgee, OK, grandchildren; Samantha Crosley, Hannah Crosley of Norman, OK, Arianna & (Nathan) Phillips of Pryor, OK, Andrew Crosley, of Okmulgee, OK, Step-daughters Shea Conway of Oklahoma, Marilyn Zimmerebner of Arkansas, Brother In-law Bill and Wanda Zimmerebner of Arkansas, Aunt Alean Starkey of Okmulgee, and a great friend Darla McClure of Tulsa, OK. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Ben Zimmerebner; and a sister Kay Smith. Funeral services for Millie will be held at 11:00 am Thursday, October 17 at the McClendon Winters Funeral Home Chapel in Okmulgee. Interment will follow at the Beggs Cemetery. Friends may visit the funeral home on Wednesday, October 16 from 1:00pm until 8:00 pm, at the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home Chapel in Okmulgee. Arrangements have been entrusted to the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home of Okmulgee. Memories, condolences, photos and videos may be shared with the family on Millie’s Tribute Page of our website at www.mcclendon-winters.com
