Randal Mack Grigor June 13, 1950 - February 14, 2024 | Resided in Beggs, OK Randal “Randy” Mack Grigor passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving wife and family, on Wednesday, February 14, 2024. Randy was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on June 13, 1950. He attended Tulsa Public Schools and graduated from Edison High School in 1968. While in high school, Randy was recognized as an outstanding member of the concert chorus and also earned recognition as an all-state football player. Following high school, he attended and graduated from The University of Oklahoma where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering. Randy pursued a career in engineering and retired after many years of service at Boeing. Randy married his loving wife Cindy in 1974. They had three daughters and greatly enjoyed life together. Randy and Cindy moved from Tulsa to Beggs in 1988 where they embarked on a new adventure of living life in a rural setting that became their family’s life-long home. Randy and Cindy became members of the First United Methodist church in Beggs. Randy led the singing during services and also taught Sunday school for years. In his spare time, he loved to bird hunt, fish, and play golf. He had a special connection with his canine partners. He took pride in his hunting dogs. However, his most cherished time was spent with his family whom he loved dearly. Randy is survived by his wife Cindy, daughters Kristin Hudson of Beggs, Oklahoma, Trisha McGregor and husband Dane of Denver, Colorado, and Alyssa Grigor of Broken Bow, Oklahoma. He was the proud grandpa of Lynley, Libby, Laney, and Tavin. He was loved by many other family members and friends. Randy was preceded in death by his parents Gerald and Betty Grigor and his brother Jon “Roger” Grigor. There will be a remembrance gathering for family and friends on Sunday, February 25, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Come and Go) at the First United Methodist Church in Beggs, Oklahoma. 506 N Broadway St, Beggs, Oklahoma 74421. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to McClendon-Winters Funeral Home of Beggs.
