Inez Evans
Inez Mae Evans, 91 of Beggs, passed away
on Monday, February 4, 2008. She was born May 23, 1916, in
Springfield, Missouri. She was the daughter of Isaac Crit
and Pauline Atchley. She resided in Amarillo, Texas for 75
years before moving to Beggs in 1998. Inez will be
remembered as an active member of the First Methodist Church
of Beggs, the Tuesday bible study group, Extension group,
and the Sassy Red Hats of Beggs. She was also very involved
in the Ronald McDonald House Charities and was a member of
the Moose Lodge for 45 years. She joined the Methodist
church of Amarillo, Texas on Easter Sunday.
Inez leaves to cherish her memory: three
sons; Phillip and wife Thelma of Beggs, Oklahoma, Charles
and wife Jan of Rockwall, Texas, Bill and Earlene of Wichita
Falls, Texas, grandchildren;Ted and wife Karen of Beggs,
Oklahoma, Wayne and wife Tara of Wilmington, North Carolina,
Cory and wife Lynn of Paris, Texas, Casey Pipkin and husband
Matt of Clovis, New Mexico, Crit and wife Evelyne of
Henryetta, Texas, Kristie Baker and husband Ronnie of
Arlington, Texas, Lisa Williams, Kimberly Aldaco,
great-grandchildren; Phillip C. Noland, Ian R. Noland, Kelli
Noland, Alexandra White, Troy Pipkin, Aubrey Rose Pipkin,
Willy Noland of England, Rebecca Noland, Amanda Noland,
Trinity Noland, Jerome Adams, Joshua Adams, Phillip Keelan
Aldaco, Kathryn Mechele Aldaco, great-great-grandchildren;
Dena Emerald Noland, Ellie Noland, Alicia and Lexis, Jan’s
children; Jackie and Doug Kindred of Rowlett, Texas, and
Todd Williams, and Jan’s grandchildren; Kristen, Kindred,
Jonathan Kindred, Andrew Kindred, and Nathan Williams, a
sister Margaret Howard of Cushing, Texas, Margaret’s
granddaughter Diann Williamson and husband Wayne and their
children Joshua and Jeremy.
Services will be on 11:00 A.M., Friday,
February 8, 2008 at the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home
Chapel in Beggs, Oklahoma. Viewing will be on Thursday,
February 7, 2008 from 12:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Visitation
with the family will be from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M.
